IMPORTANT: Please note these returns conditions Returns If you are unhappy with your purchase simply return the goods to us within 14 days of your order date. Goods MUST be in their original packaging, MUST NOT have been opened and MUST NOT have been used. We will not accept any goods back that do not conform to these conditions.

• If you don't want a replacement in exchange, we will charge a 20% handling fee on any returns and offer you a refund (less the 20% handling). Once you have returned your goods then any sums paid by you (minus the above charges) will be reimbursed within 30 days.
• If you'd prefer us to replace the item(s) with item(s) of the same value you'll just need to pay the postage to get these to you.
• If you want something with a higher value in exchange you'll just need to pay the difference (and the postage of course).
• If you find that the item is faulty, please return it to us within 14 days stating the nature of the fault and we will happily exchange it or offer you a refund (less 20% handling). If you'd like a replacement we'll pay the return postage.

You must return the goods in question at your own cost by Registered (Sign For) delivery and they must be received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you return goods after 14 days then we will not accept them, and you will have to collect them from us at your own cost. If you have not collected the goods they will be disposed of after a further 14 days.
