World Zone 2	The rest of the world outside Zone 1 and Europe, comprising countries and territories in Asia and Australasia	Please allow up to 30 days for delivery

• Prices are inclusive of VAT at current rate. Orders are accepted at prices ruling on date of dispatch.
• Any delay caused by strikes, lockouts, accidents force majeure, shall not be considered to form part of the time named for completion of the contract, this applying to the buyer and seller.
• Any material admitted by us to be defective may be returned and replaced if required, but shall not form the subject of a claim for labour or other expenditure.
• Discrepancies must be notified within 48 hours of delivery, we accept no responsibility or claims after 14 days from the invoice date.
• Carriage Charges: Mainland UK and Republic of Ireland. Carriage is included in price where the order exceeds £55.00. For orders under the value of £55.00 a carriage charge of £6.95 will be charged with your order. (Carriage will be charged dependant on weight for overseas sales)
• Carriage Method: Two main means of transport are used, either our own vehicle on a weekly route into your area or a national carrier. We purchase carrier services on the basis of a twenty–four hour service to the major conurbation on the mainland. These delivery times are not guaranteed and cannot be progressed during the day of delivery.
• The property in the material shall not only pass to the purchaser from the date of payment in full of all sums payable to the Vendor in respect thereof. Until such time the goods remain the absolute property of the Vendor. In default of payment by the purchaser, when lawfully demanded by the Vendor, the Vendor shall be entitled to enter the premises of the purchaser and recover the goods.
• Goods subject to return will only be accepted after the Vendors necessary paperwork has been authorised.
• Terms of payment are 30 days from date of invoice if a full account holder. Payment may be made by: Cheque, Cash, Bankers Draft and also Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo.
• We reserve the right to update, modify or change products without notice.
